1. Associate degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields, with at least 1 year of work experience.

2. Able to read electrical schematic diagrams, familiar with the assembly and application requirements of common electrical components.

3. Experience in electrical equipment maintenance or electrical control cabinet assembly is preferred.

4. Strong sense of discipline, high sense of responsibility, good execution ability, effective communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn.
