1.Master's degree or above in power-related majors such as Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Electric Machines, Automation, etc.

2.Familiar with the operating principles and dynamic turn-off process of high-power power electronic devices; master the common topologies of power electronics and their application technology requirements.

3.Familiar with pulse power technology; relevant work experience is preferred.

4.Experience in the development and engineering application of high-power power electronic products is preferred.

5.Proficient in power electronic device and circuit simulation; familiarity with at least one simulation software among MATLAB/Simulink, Saber, PSCAD, PSIM, or ANSYS PLECS is preferred.
