1.Responsible for the design and execution of multi-physics coupling simulation solutions (electromagnetic, thermal, mechanical, etc.), covering the entire R&D cycle of electromagnetic manufacturing products (from concept design to verification and optimization).
2.Build multi-physics coupling simulation models, complete mesh generation, boundary condition setting, and solution calculation, and produce accurate simulation reports.
3.Analyze deviations between simulation results and physical test data, optimize simulation algorithms and parameters, and improve model accuracy and reliability.
4.Prepare relevant technical documentation and test reports, and contribute to the production of articles or patents.
5.Collaborate with R&D and testing teams to resolve multi-physics related technical issues during product development, supporting product performance iteration and technological innovation.
1. Education & Major:
Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, or related fields.
2. Work Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in electromagnetic/structural design. Experience in multi-physics coupling projects (electromagnetic-thermal-mechanical, etc.) is preferred.
3. Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of mechanical design (structure, drafting, materials, processes).
Experience in the development and design of electromagnetic or permanent magnet products (e.g., transformers, motors, generators, electromagnetic brakes, etc.).
Proficient in at least one finite element simulation tool, such as ANSYS, COMSOL Multiphysics, Abaqus, Dyna, etc., with the ability to independently complete complex model simulations.
Knowledge of electromagnetics (electrostatics / alternating magnetic fields), heat transfer (conduction/convection/radiation), fluids, and structural mechanics, with an understanding of multi-physics coupling mechanisms.
Ability to simplify simulation models and optimize mesh quality, and efficiently handle convergence issues in simulations.
4. Other Abilities:
Strong data analysis and problem diagnosis skills, with the ability to extract product optimization directions from simulation results.
Good communication and collaboration skills, capable of promoting the implementation of simulation technology across teams; rigorous logical thinking with attention to detail and result validation.
