2.Previous experience in mechanical design and manufacturing in fields such as mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, aerospace engineering, energy and power engineering, or related areas.

3.At least 5 years of experience in mechanical structural design, with a certain level of analysis and verification capability.

4.Proficient in mechanical design software (e.g., SolidWorks or other 3D design software), with strong skills in 3D mechanical design and 2D drawing output; skilled in using structural strength evaluation software; possesses a certain level of electromagnetic analysis and thermal analysis capability.

5.Experience in mechanical structural dimensional chain calculation, fixture/tooling design, on-site installation and commissioning, etc.

6.Proactive, responsible, good communication skills, with some experience in project development or organizational ability.
